Trinergy Health and Fitness Centre offers state of the art equipment, group personal training, qualified staff and a dedication to the needs and goals of its members Here at Trinergy we pride ourselves on building a family environment providing great service, results and very clean and well maintained facilities. This is not a body building or power lifting gym, this is a HEALTH CLUB.
The majority of our trainers are registered to REPSSA, the governing body that controls the education of Personal Trainers. There are rules and etiquette to be followed e.g carry a towel, water bottle, correct gym attire, no throwing down of weights, pack your equipment away after use.
